Poor organisation and poor communication

Everything else. Turnover rate for management is so high let alone for the ground level staff. Reporting officers for the Ops team lasted 6 months at best. Inconsistent information given to staff. No bonus, no salary review even after working for over 1.5 years. Having to work for our leaves is riddiculous e.g we only get 1-2 days of AL “unlocked” monthly. No dental benefits. Health benefits at minimal. The “coverage” they provide doesnt even cover for the consultation fees. Overtime is not an option, its a MUST. Inconsistent claim criteria that changes without any notices. One day you can claim transport, the next you can’t. just the TIP of the iceberg. If everything were to be stated, word count would be hit.
