Pros
This company has the most positive work environment I've ever experienced. Every single person with the company is extremely positive and supportive of each other. This is extremely helpful with the challenging and fast paced position. This is not a 'cushy' 9-5 position but it gives you the opportunity to grow and learn at a much faster rate than a traditional office position. The position is truly what you make of it!
Cons
Occasionally there are schedule changes on short notice. However, if your schedule is changed it's likely because you are being given the opportunity to step up and make a name for yourself within the company. It can sometimes make it difficult to make/keep plans.

Leadership, training, team atmosphere, growth and opportunity, owner made you feel like family
Cons
Owner is forget full some times, needs better organization but she is still new to it so i am sure it will come
