Just to be clear none of these are really cons, just things to know so you can be sure it's the job for you.
--------
Be prepared for cold calling- it's just part of the job.
--------
While there is a base pay, if you're looking to make serious money then the commission is where it's going to be made. The hours can be long but again, it's on commission so the faster you lock in calls the less hours needed, unless you want to keep going for extra commission - this isn't really a con but more so the nature of the business
--------
This is a custom recruiting company so be prepared to get creative when searching for new talent, I put this in cons because it does add to the difficult of the job but at the same time it's the reason a number of Ridgetop's clients consider them the best out there when they are looking for quality industry professionals that nobody else finds.
---------
Again, not really a con (as this is just the nature of the business, anyone looking into a finance industry business should already be ready for this) but you will be dealing with recruiting people on the west coast, so keep in mind that the end of their work day (6pm) is 9pm here, which can sometimes add to the hours).
