    Cons

    * if your seniority is low, you can't really get weekends off * this department is TOUGH! the customers sometimes has the most complicated, and unsolvable issues and they will take out their anger at you, however when you have developed a thicker skin and know more, it becomes easier

    Advice to Management

    * Don't micromanage the team and put too much pressure on the team, the job is stressful enough as it is.
