you can make extra money when you sell extra packages training is adequate
Cons
Honestly. I really didn't like the working environment for me personally. It always felt like the team manager on the floor who are there to support the agent and help them take escalation calls, didn't want to do their jobs and most would rather sit at their desk area making jokes with other managers, coming in late, or would tell you to take the escalation yourself because they didn't feel like it (they wont admit they don't want to take it, they'll just says some b.s trying to 'empower' you to take the call yourself, even if the customer directly asked for the manager. I burned out really quick at this job. It felt demeaning, you cant even go to the bathroom without using your personal time (5 min allotted) and you can really only use this time wisely. It felt demeaning. You have sick days, but if you use them you are made to feel like you don't care about the company, and they pull you in for a meeting if you called in sick, or if you've called in sick a few times in one month. It really could just be that i didn't like my managers, because other managers seemed more understanding, easy-going and less intrusive in your personal life. This job definetely runs you down and burns you out. Wouldnt recommend for someone who has desires to pursue other career options. Working at a call center can cause you to be depressed as it made me, you work long hours sometimes, the calls can give you serious anxiety and anger when you have customer saying awful things to you and you get NO support from your line managers who get PAID to SUPPORT you. Its just b.s and I suggest you just look for a job somewhere else and save yourself the headache and depression

Pros
The people are generally nice and approachable.
Cons
-Very long hours. Expect work past 5 pm voluntarily. -Rigid practices. It always takes so much fight to even change one small thing. -Hard for designers to grow because the business always takes over major product decisions -Always push for fast delivery and then more problems come later -Promoted incompetent people to become managers who involve you in their political games. -Higher-level execs are almost unreachable. I actually have no clue what they do to our organization.
