Resources with lot of experience - All mgmt with 25 + yrs experience Have funding for product dev and maint with salesforce support decent customer base, few large enterprise customers (new & existing) Acquired a product, few key customers, technology and people from kenandy Good opportunity to partner with Salesforce
Cons
Know it all Leadership Nothing innovative with technology outdated development / qa processes Limited/No skills in people management Could not manage to retain resources from kenandy acquisition - laid off people after acquisition - did not layoff core developers - In 3 months, have lost over 60 % of retained resources from dev, qa, services and more will leave
