Pros
- Management will work closely with to you hone your strengths polish your weaknesses (they really do care) - Relatively small company, with a corporate feel - You will have a sterling resume. Though with the benefits and potential for upward mobility, you will find little reason to look elsewhere - Benefits include all those that most large companies provide (free lunch, retirement, company outings, etc.) - Great group of guys!!!
Cons
- You will be in a fast-paced, break-neck speed environment. That means you either have the stomach for it, or you don't. Underachievers are not very welcome (a pro for some, a con for others). - Managerial styles can be bracing. Again if you're capable and work hard, you will be rewarded.
