Cons

CORRUPT This place is like a cult . The training that is provided is ridiculous and you learn nothing that is of benefit. All of the administration are horrible and management are awful. They pick they’re favourite staff and if you are not one of them you will be put through hell. They don’t care about the well-being and the learning environment of students.Classrooms of up too 35 students and a military based learning environment which believes students shouldn’t interact with each other and no talking policy which believes the teacher should stand at the top of the classroom clicking on poorly put together PowerPoint slides and results in majority of students having trouble understanding but there is too much in the curriculum too get through that the teacher can’t waste time going through difficult topics and also the oversized classroom size doesn’t help. All students end up paying for private tutoring as the material is too difficult for their age group and they are tested excessively on the material they learn with computer exams every week being with kids aged 5-6.The school doesn’t care if kids don’t understand the material as long as they can memorise it and repeat it in the exams . The parents pay high tuition fees for their kids too be taught by poorly trained teachers who are paid just enough too live on . Everything about this company is awful and put me on the edge of a breakdown from getting abused almost every day at work . No thanks or motivation just constantly being put down . Told endless lies and all they care about is the profit of the school. Under paid and long working hours also ended up doing hours of corrections after work . At the same time I had too study at university as it was in partnership with the school and I didn’t have a teaching degree . However I wasn’t fully informed of the long hours of uni I had too do and told lies when I asked them in my interview about this . This left me with very little time too myself and I was honesty stressed with work and university which was also deducted from my wages .

Pros

honestly there are no pros

Cons

This is by far the worst school I have ever seen. If you want to be : - constantly disrespected by your students who are all rejects of other private schools thanks to the non-selective school policy. -constantly disrespected by your management who treat you like a child and are generally racist -be forced to run from class to class and beg for a toilet break -be yelled at by supervisors if you are a minute late -be forced to stick to their method which is 100 years old late and hated by both teachers and students - see yourself teaching your students how to memorize sentences by heart - find yourself teaching wrong information and when you notify them they tell you to stick to the book - be forced to cheat by giving your students the right answer at the exam halls so that the school gets better grades than other schools - be forced to stand up all day and be yelled at if you ever sit in class. - be fired if any issue happens with a parent. - not be able to talk to parents. - be forced to come to work even when you are sick (high fever, extreme pain, the day after surgery). - be threatened of getting fired if you ever speak about the school in a bad way - be constantly spied on by the window by the supervisors - be generally depressed, so hateful of your job that when you leave it you cannot stop complaining about it, or drink to forget. - develop a hate towards teaching. Well then, you should accept to work for Sabis.
