      Be warned of smoke and mirrors

      Pros

      Alcoholism and drug friendly culture are great if thats what you're into.

      Cons

      CEO is all about the bottom dollar. Employees are seen as replaceable. Dont be fooled by the smoke and mirrors. it looks like a silicon valley company inside, but the company has a very fragile business model that is not future facing.

      Fun company trips and numerous team building events. Great coworkers. Interesting projects with lots of on the job learning. Incredible office.

      Customers can be difficult to work with on occasion.

      I learned quite a bit while there to start my career. Friendly office environment with talented coworkers. Team building and travel / company trips for the group.

      Cons

      Felt a bit understaffed at times on larger accounts, sometimes falling behind on deadlines.
