      Good culture, poor compensation

      Very flat hierarchy, big sense of ownership, and flexibility with time.

      Cons

      Pay starts of well but that's it. Poor bonus/ profit sharing. Fixed timeline for promotions contrary to what they say.

      - Healthy work environment with no office politics / backbiting - Everyone's opinions are valued, hierarchy is very flat - The hiring process places an importance on individual personality and most hires seem to fit into our vibrant and diverse culture well (i.e., everyone is relatively personable and most are highly intelligent) - Competitive health and travel insurance benefits - Collaborative culture - Consultative towards world-renowned brands - Biannual review/appraisal where you can evaluate those you've worked with most, even superiors; helps you improve on yourself a lot more - Steady performance-based salary increments

      - Starting salary is relatively low - Limited budget for company events
