Pros

As the founder and CEO, I have turned my day-to-day operations over to employees. I can say that we empower individual decision making, place women in management and try to create a unsupervised work environment where each employee owns their future.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, most employees operate as their own boss.

Cons

You usually do not get paid on time or not the right amount, Their policy is pretty much bills before employees and they are always broke. The former CEO is a career confidence man with a long line of destruction in his path.
