They fire you without notice, for no reason, plus they will have your replacement ready for the client the next day. Their career plans consist of buying a course on Udemy, if you finish it they promise to refund the cost. They incorporate you into poorly structured projects, without business knowledge or architecture, where everything is so poorly conceived, that you will enter a project that will always be behind schedule, where they are managed like a sect, wherein each revision, at the end of the sprint they will make you feel like you're in a cult and you should feel guilty
