- High turnover rate. - Although considered as MNC, ST Aero still running like a SME. Many backend aspect of the business is still lacking technology advancement but very invested in the front end. - Depending on department, some engineering team are expected to stay back past working hours. Going back on time is considered as lazy. - Non-existence mental health awareness paired with toxic working culture. - Biased treatment based on ranking. Hierarchy based management.
