There are some very knowledgeable people working here who are extremely good at what they do

Culture is slow, communication is non-existent. There is no inter team communication. Everyone just wants to run their own ship. Suggestions are not taken in a good jest. Everything flows top to bottom. Employees are scared into retaining their jobs.
