- A lot of OTs for selected projects - Recognition based on people you know - Growth based on who you know - Those good at stucking up, skiving and pretend on front of others can do well

- Controlled over time for selected projects - Bonus deducted depends on Sick Leave and performance (usually Sick Leave. Management has no way to measure your performance) - No work life balance - Work your socks off but very little way to get recognized - Lousy management, no proper care of staff
