Did not experience any pros at this company .
Cons
Initially they hired for a position that I didn’t even apply for . Informed me I would be trained etc . After 2 days they told me , I was not a good fit for this position and decided to move me to the “shop” in the back . I also noticed that the only black people (I only saw 4 ) who work there , work in the back as well. The vibe felt cringy and it was a complete waste of my time. The trainer talked to me like I was a toddler and it was very insulting to my intelligence . If you’re looking for a comfortable and diverse company I would not search here.
