Pros

Inspiring to work alongside brilliant minds, ambitious leaders, with high-profile and highly influential clients and partners. You get to work on fascinating projects and gain exposure to the best minds/ those pioneering truly exciting solutions. Full of well-meaning, interested, passionate colleagues.

Cons

Very challenging work-life balance - similar to most high-level consultancies. Departure emails of multiple colleagues have hinted at burn-out. Not helped by some small-p politics/ bitchiness in certain pockets of the business/ partnership.

Pros

The company has good intentions on making good impact, and change systems. The focus on impact makes of the company a good place to work and make sure that the projects have a positive change in the system, rather than only doing advisory work.

Cons

Low work-life balance. The focus on impact, and having people very passionate about the topics the company works serves as an excuse to normalize long workdays and low balance on work-life. There is no clear visibility/transparency on career progress and its impact in compensation.
