Pros
The company has great leadership teams and working with them in a small team of 8 members was really very satisfying and the knowledge transfer between different teams was also very elaborate. This helps in getting the overall system overview and can be helpful while designing the system.
Cons
The only point that I have is this regard is about the compensation which I feel is not sufficient for a entry level graduate level
