    I worked at Sabre full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good salary, flexible working and good relationships with colleagues.

    Cons

    Many old school managers in US who wants to protect their jobs by layoffs. Lack of creativity and moving work to India. People are here one moment and next moment was gone and similar role taken by India. I think they get rid of people in other regions to secure their own position in US. Senior level managers most efficient job role is to retrench people. Other than that, I do not see any contribution coming from their end.

    Pros

    Flexible working hours and decent pay.

    Cons

    Bias and insufficient communication from top to bottom. Need to cultivate and encourage employee to open up and communicate. A lot of bugs in the software and no appropriate training and guidance to employees

    Flexible work arrangement . Very relaxing and slow pace

    Cons

    Management, both business and support functions like HR are living in own comfort zone and don’t walk the talk. Poor communication and culture. Little focus on creating the right environment for employees to thrive.

    Flexible work life balance friendly atmosphere slowly focusing on more digitalised solutions to gain the company a competitive edge

    Cons

    disorganised management, very HQ (US) driven and hardly any employee empowerment. This can often be frustrating as there are no clear policies or procedures across the company

    + Great people in (most) teams + Flexible work hours + Mostly freedom when it comes to DEV tooling

    Cons

    - "Allowed" set of technologies that can be easily used on higher environments; for others you have to do lots of additional work (mostly paperwork and waiting) - It's hard to change some processes (even if they could be optimized) - Sometimes it's hard to make a change going bottom to top
