Company has a strong positive impact on the real world. Executive team is very experienced, mature, and really (really) smart. Strong engineering culture around documentation and onboarding. Great languages and patterns. Company values are sensible and feel like the right values.

Some poor (sometimes very poor indeed) code quality in places. Tax on the share compensation scheme very bad in the UK

- Growing very quickly, so you'll need to be self-sufficient somewhat to start with but lots of investment is going into helping people get up to speed. - Lots of change, in terms of the product, process, etc. it's part of working in a high-growth environment but not for everyone.
