Cons
Change in role and structure every year and they wont ask you before assigning it to you , be rest assured Culture: Money can boil testosterone Koreans.
Advice to Management
There is very few things in hand of management , they are remote controlled by koreans. So its not their fault or they cannot do anything much

Big brand name. Large product portfolio looks good on CV

Completely run as per korean army culture There is absolutely no work-life balance obnoxious working hours and working days No focus on individual contribution and recognition

Take care of the employee - very good HR policy. CTCs usually higher than the market. Make sure growth of the employees. Opportunity to various fields and prospects.
Cons
As such no particular cons for the organization, depends on the person himself/herself at what level he is able to develop his comfort with the organization
Advice to Management
Keep on developing caring attitude towards employees and more international exposure to young leaders would be great.

None actually. Company does not invest a single penny on your development or your skill enhancement. You are not given any time/chance to understand market or develop yourself. It is a daily chase for numbers and even regional managers follow-up individual retailers begging them to take Samsung products.
Cons
Zero Work Life balance 30-day working every month High growth targets (10 times industry growth rates) ensure sales bonuses and incentives can never be earned Leaves are never approved No investment in human resources or their development Overpriced products which are sure to be beaten in the market soon with entry of players like Xiaomi, Micromax in AV products Arbitrary administration, uncooperative support... functions, strict audit procedures. Employees are accused of financial misconduct whenever they need to fire somebody. Koreans and their rules everywhere. No scope of significant career advancement as Korean managers always overshadow Indian counterparts. Indians do not have any say over product, pricing, promotion, placement, processes, people. Koreans have a strategy of hiring one position lower, paying high and then extracting huge volumes of work by overworking employees. Employees find it hard to shift to a better position with similar compensation. Long-term employees actually become unsuitable for employment elsewhere and are made to live under constant threat of sacking by Korean management.
