- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Its a company that values employees, as its very engineering focus with processes streamlined for efficiency and effectiveness. Very manufacturing cultured as SanDisk background is into Engineering, R&D & Semiconductor manufacturing which requires discipline in its field and across all functions and employees - which in turns creates a very professional working environment.
Cons
May not be suitable for some at this point in time as its still going through a lot of integration exercise with all its acquired businesses where the culture and mindset of those legacy businesses may need awhile to be aligned back to SanDisk culture - thus creating some roadblocks or rather speed bumps to getting things done.
