Pros
- The company is growing rapidly and hence there are good opportunities to work in different projects across different geographical locations - Good knowledge of insurance domain within the organization. - Hybrid management hierarchies allows employees to be in touch with senior management. - Compensation is average is as per industry standards. - Good for individuals who are starting their career since majority of workforce is within age group of 25 - 35 yrs old.
Cons
- Employees's worth is decided based on the number of projects individual has worked on rather than on the performance within a particular project. - Management is purely focused on getting more money out of each project and does not invest enough on the professional and personal needs of its employees. - Company sells legacy systems which are based on old technologies like JAVA, COBOL, etc. and hence no learning experience on new technologies. - Work-life balance varies based on the project.

Pros
First of all Sapiens is a growing company. I believe in their product, management was aggressive at acquiring business during Covid . Loyoff was low , they kept giving salaries with no cuts and other general benefits. So to the other pros 1- work life balance is better than average, when there is work , there is work but that can be easily managed . 2- Many products, and company is growing at a good rate. 3- Flexible working hours 4- Insurance based software , good to learn functional and insurance domain . 5- movements between teams happen , but takes time and patience. 6- Follow process and defined task. Good teams across projects 7- Company follows rewards and recognitions , Company arranged for vaccination drives and helped in other possible ways . 8- During Covid , the Company maintained a very stable movement. Management was keen to focus on employee mental health during Covid peak season 2021 . I would conclude that , Sapiens is a good organization , they are trying to grow in terms of policies and become even a better organization over future , there are challenges . One should know what to expect from them, they do meet up to that expectations.
Cons
1- pay could be better , whereas few were very handsomely paid . 2- Most of the business happens in US hours, so there can be some calls on evening , sometimes that become a blocker to move ahead with the work. They do justify it with shift allowance for such days 3- One would not be working on the lastest tech , they will migrate over some time .
