Pros
The benefits are very generous including quarterly/yearly bonuses, paid health stipend, flexible PTO, paid employee referrals, tuition reimbursement, health insurance (generous HSA contributions and employer pays part of insurance cost), 401K match, just to name a few.
Cons
Most of the people that work here are introverts (which is really not even a con).
