new york creative dept is very disorganized. design director acts nice but jumps to conclusions and points fingers very quickly. beware of his side kick. she's a wolf in sheep's clothing. best way to get hired, act nice and smile alot. design director will hire you very quickly

A variety of fascinating projects with the top clients in the country; extremely talented people, mostly friendly; extremely talented leadership

Cons

Some of the best performers get bogged down in petty politics; feedback is spotty, and infrequent; praise is often given to those who beg for it, and not those who deserve it; leadership is very detached from the work, and their availability is infrequent; some shining stars have tarnished because of lack of motivation after reviews

Pros

Work with cool companies and varied projects. It was, at one time, a really awesome place to work. Now greed/politics have taken over.

Cons

Too much politics and red tape. Management are ignorant of workers needs and availability. Too much $$ chasing without thoughts about quality and delivery. PMs and AMs not aware of what's exactly involved when they are pitching the work. Before Schematic was bought, too much focus on wanting to be bought was obvious.
