      People actually love what they do, and are having fun doing it

      Cons

      Business needed a bit of a think, instead of going after the shiny new opportunities, could have really doubled down on what we were already good at.

      Pros

      Great bunch of people who are mission driven, and, well, just driven. Hard working friendly people out to save the world. Doesn't get better than this.

      Cons

      Supporting a large fleet of vehicles around the globe can be stressful. Not for the feint of heart. Your heart really as to be into saving the world and improving urban transportation, and it really helps if you love cruising around your city on brand new vehicle designs
