The values and ethos of the company are really nice, and they genuinely care about their staff just as much as they train us to care for patients. Management are only ever a text away and always checked in on us. Hours were fantastic, 45-60 hours per month usually, just what I wanted.
Cons
The application form is quite detailed with compliance stages, and the days spent training were really long... but useful.
Management are very easy to communicate with and unerstanding Management were very honest about the cons of the work at every stage of the interview process Staff are paid a retainer
Cons
The hours can be very long The work can be very taxing
