Pros

None... Pay is okay but company doesn't give you hours. They also give you a sheet to fill out request shift but don't even come close to your top 2.

Cons

They send you to take a physical & psych evaluation which cost the company about $600. Couple days before training they make you sign all these paperwork and the process is already done so no turning back. If you don't continue for six months you would have to pay the company $600 or whatever he remains because they deduct 50 from your check. Paperwork should be given before anything and also info about this cost.

Pros

Only Pro to this employer is that their time on the IRS contract is limited to 3 years maximum. This provides for a light at the end of the tunnel. Potential applicants/new employees only have to deal with this employer on contract until September 2016 at the latest.

Cons

This employer has replaced Site Supervisors twice in a year and a half time and are on their third corporate lawyer in the same amount of time. A clear indication that their choice of site management and corporate management has been seriously errored. This employer has been able to place itself in a position where its employees have had to file charges against them for statutory violations with the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor Employee Benefits and Securities Administration, Internal Revenue Service, the National Labor Relations Board, the E.E.O.C, and the Texas Workforce Commission. They have compounded their non-compliance issues with violations of the Service Contract Act, Executive Order 13495, Employee Retirement Income Securities Act, Pension Protection Act, Wrongful Termination with the Texas Workforce Commission, several Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) charges, and issue non-compliant low quality/high risk equipment to it's officers for duty.
