Calm environment. Nice people. Low stress generally, but depends on your department.
Cons
My coworker once told me while I was there, "Get some experience, but don't stay more than a year." Good advice. They typically underpay their employees. It's a calm place to work but there is no growth. And the way they operate as a company is so out there, it's frustrating. They have a strict dress code. For women, you can't show your shoulders or wear dresses above your knee or someone will come tell you that you can't wear that.
