Where do I start? -Dusty work environment with dry air, used to blow out large pieces of dust out my nose and got an issue with my skin cracking on my hands - People working on the floor are expected to reach a certain number of productiveness, being measured the whole day and you are not given good tips or milestones to reach that number. If you don't reach it you are almost shamed by your team lead. - No ladder to work up. Worked with a really nice person that had worked for 2 years longer than me and her pay was 2 SEK higher than mine. - Long days, short breaks and standing the entire day. Got back issues due to these work conditions and still regret ever working there.

Altough management is friendly and aproachable and promises a "inclusive" workplace, as an expat youll soon experience both subtle and overt xenophobia and youll most likely choose to spend your lunch hour alone or among other expats and avoid adressing anyone not as "brown" as you. As for the work hours youll experience harrasing levels of presure to perform as they prefer high turnover very young swedish employees (colege age likely to pursue studies in 1-2 years) since stress and burnout with productivity loss is common with long term workers. It is not a farcry to assume this is by design and the perceived diversity just serves the pursose of filling the virtue signaling quota. If you are not a swede please consider my testimony and unless you are in dire need of income and having a hard time finding a decently paid job I would advise you look elsewhere.
