      Disappointing experience - Series A has ruined them.

      Pros

      - Great coworkers, really good environment, I met lots of good people there. - Disruptive product, in a few years everyone will use it. - Nice terrace & offices, although very crowded right now. - Team building activities are very cool.

      Cons

      - Long working hours, overloaded with work. - Management disconected from the rest of the company, no comunication between them (before the series A we had it). - Mediocrity in Sales, lack people management, cold environment and incapacity of taking advise from the team. - Bad comissions structure plus you don’t get what’s promissed.

      Don't believe the hype - many reviews are fake!

      Pros

      Nice name and taking speed, team members are nice and kind, and they put all their heart on the tasks handed down to them.

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced and has no idea what they are doing. Lack of proper vision and leadership, waste time and energy on meaningless initiatives. Company culture is not about respect. Take advantage of people as the labor market is really bad. Just don't go.

      Pros

      Great people, free fruit, and nice offices

      Cons

      1. Management teams are horrible, just care about the big bonus they are going to get, so whenever a situation arrives to give feedback is better to talk to a wall. 2. Little room for growing, unless you are cheaper than the market. 3. Fake numbers and metrics. Do you really think we are blind? Are we kids? Are you going to hide the problems on teambuildings instead of talking about them? Do you know what is the general feeling? 4. I feel sad that i could go on and on on this list, when I arrive being a super happy employee, but know that nobody knows who really runs this company, this is chaos.
