Great Dedicated Staff who care about Company Nice Work Environment Decent Product Nice location and office is state of the art

Cons

Owner/CEO is not trustworthy. Not truthful on the size of company, stability, and number of actually paying clients. A total micromanagement culture. More structure at this small company then at a fortune 500.

Sikka Software Is a Joke (Stay Away)

Pros

A lot of talented engineers , great Customer Success Managers that go out of their way to make a difference.

Cons

Compensation is a joke. The vacation policy must resemble India 's system because you will never be able to take a vacation unless you been with the company for 7 years. Management has unrealistic expectations and burns through cash like monopoly money. It will be a miracle if they're still around in a couple of years.

There are no pros working for this company. They have to regard for their employees. Typical all about the dollars. Investors are freaking out.

Cons

They laid off entire sales force. They hired all seasoned reps to get the job done. When they couldn't figure it out, instead of listening they fired the sales force.
