      Nearby my home, which I don't have to use transportation to reach

      Very toxic work environment. The HR representative(was more Secretary not HR) was particularly abusive, which exacerbated the negative atmosphere. Employees were expected to work 24/7 without any appreciation or recognition, which severely impacted work-life balance. The culture was rife with office politics and high turnover, making it difficult to maintain any level of consistency or productivity. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I hope the company addresses to improve for future employees.

      Working remotely. Decent base pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership has absolutely no interest in meeting the needs of customers or investing in the success of employees. What was a wonderful place to work has been ruined by Arrow-appointed leadership that that lacks integrity.

      Lots of Autonomy and ability to pursue individual projects.

      Cons

      -Poor leadership -poor strategy direction - little to no culture massive exodus of quality employees because leadership did not care about their employee's opinions, or cared about the growth of the company. -Leadership set unattainable goals, with no input from employees. -Almost no growth potential, but tons of extra work.
