Exposure to different cultures, different walks of life, plenty of opportunities for you to venture into different industries having met so many people. With the opportunity to travel the world, you can bring business ideas back to SG. My average salary was about $5,000+ /month.
Cons
Strict HR and most of the time, they don't care to hear your explanation. Wish they were more compassionate when i asked for sabbatical as I was going through a sudden and rough episode in my life. I was told that the allowances have become worsened over the years.
