Pros
Colleagues are great and friendly.
Cons
Lean manpower. Work not evenly distributed amongst departments. Very slow progression
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Feels that this job may be best suited for those with families or on the verge of retirement as it is very routine and does not require you to step out of your comfort zone. Really good work life balance as employee welfare is taken care of.
Cons
Despite graduating from SIM, the pay is not up to the market rate. So much for always advertising about how the SIM graduates do not lose out to peers from AUs when their own institution pay their graduates less than those colleagues from AU in the same roles.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★

Cons
Should match industry package and staff benefits.

lack of growth depending on the team

Pros
- 21 Days Annual Leave for Exec level and above the staff, all leave can be brought over to next year, 2 Days Family Leave, Company is shut down on the Eves of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year - Able to WFH (depends on dept) - For Exec level staff and above, 13th month pay is divided and added to your salary each month.
Cons
- Low basic pay (HR will try to make you think you are making more by adding the monthly 13th month pay) - Lack of career growth (job feels stagnant some time) -Traditional hierarchy. Not a lot of room for career progression
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Wonderful and supportive colleagues that makes work easier.

New management is not listening to the people. Company culture changed from family-like to corporate-like, high attrition since new management joined. Career progression is slow, salary not on par with market. System is old and really automated.
