- Office politics running way too rampant, from school offices all the way to the administrative offices - Expected to know everything from A to Z from just the first briefing, lack of guidance from middle managers - Favouritism, making a biased judgement, innocent ones tends to be bullied - Final judgement of an employee will be based on all the mistakes done, be it own or others, especially when you're at the bottom of the hierarchy - As an institution, they lack direction of how to improve, reason being management acts as the clients (students)

bonus location pleasant environment colleagues are generally ok from other dept teaching faculty are experienced
Cons
top down management approach, as usual office politics everywhere director does not know her work well and claim credits for work her staffs did it for her poor culture and lack of communication from senior mgmt officer are not respected in SUSS feedback to HR but HR will not inform to senior mgmt unless mgmt wish to find out more abt exit interview
