Pros
-challenging and helps you to improve in your work level if you are able to withstand the stress and high paced changes implemented by the company -as company is a big and sound company, you will feel safe working in this company (not getting laid off)
Cons
-too much changes of rules and procedures without taking into account of staff's voice -rules are too rigid and it is getting worse gradually as more and more changes that provide negative impact in staff morale is introduced -feel that customer service line is the scapegoat to deal with misdoing by other departments and teams without proper action taken on the department causing the fault, whether small or big fault -pay is very much lower as compared to pay given by other companies of the same customer care lines -very limited career advancement in customer care line and don't feel that hardwork are appreciated by top managements, low chance of transferring to other department from customer care departments
