The kids are awesome and they were quite literally the only reason I bothered staying as long as I did
Cons
Hours, slack Equipment and Slack consistently over all the sites I visited they really are as good as the person running it. And there weren’t a lot of competent people running them.. I was concerned instantly how little communication I received and I was lied to when there was communication. They will su what u want to hear just to get you to cover a shift and at the end of the day it’s the kids who suffer so I ended up working out of guilt that the kids needed someone that cared. But from butter on toast as a meal and nothing ever coming from you requests..
