For a startup, the company has pretty good processes going. Team mates from different departments are always willing to help, it's easy to get help even from colleagues in other markets. Relatively young culture, people are very open to feedback.

Cons

Just like any other tech companies, solution is not perfect. Not suitable for perfectionists or individuals that wants the same daily routine because things change fast.
