      Pros

      Good benefits. Unlimited PTO. No performance management if you want to take it easy and collect a paycheck

      Cons

      Unqualified leaders without experience are feeling their way in the dark as every problem is a new problem to them. Title inflation is REAL at SmartRent across the board. Sales, Engineering, Customer support, Product, you name it. There's a bunch of yes-people mismanaging the company thinking they can throw around their titles to coerce people into doing stuff they know isn't going to help.

      Remote, easy to learn, monotonous, set schedule

      Cons

      Micro-management, no real structure, will overwork you and underpay you, experience doesn't matter, will play the corporate blame game rather than fix the issue.

      Harassment Is Acceptable

      Remote work while the pandemic was a major plus Training was 2/3 weeks long (too short)

      Cons

      Harassment is normal and acceptable - no actions were taken when I spoke with HR or the team lead No group virtual get together, only a quick group meeting that consisted of going down a list of people. Team lead is awful at communicating and couldn't commit to meeting weekly as scheduled No scheduled lunches - free for all, but spoken to about when to take lunch? No set rules or guidelines, they make it up as they go
