      The only benefit is remote work, still your work will be terminated at any time in this company.

      Cons

      No Job security. they will hire you and fire you within a week. before accepting their offer check their HR policies. and make sure they places you under good lead.

      when you join over there they will show you they are MNC but they have only 2 offices one in UK and one in Hyderabad only salary you will get on time

      Cons

      No time for yourself and no time for enjoy the life work like machine and no genuine appraisal when you asked about increment they will throw you out Lot of internal politics one of the cheap consultancy to work for
