      Pros

      Heath Benefit to Work ,Good team work ,Good team work ,My immediate boss is like a coach and mentor to me. The office environment is cozy and colleagues are great. There is no micromanagement in the organization.

      Cons

      longer time in working hour ,Poor management ,Not a good place to be in for long term as only appreciate indian workers. Long working hours with no progression of career paths. Creativity is no appreciate d.

      Pros

      Smith has some great projects, some terrific co-workers, and a attractive office space. Most of the gap between culture / business expertise / approach that separates the Gatineau and Seattle offices has been resolved and reduced; it's no longer two distinct companies.

      Cons

      *There's an intense amount of scrutiny and micromanaging of every thought and action of the employees; and yet, a complete lack of transparency from upper management and little or no engagement with senior management. For most employees, SMITH's culture is one of perpetual fear due to years of consistent, frequent layoffs.

      Cons

      Family business with highly political environment. Promoting full time employees with college degrees and limited industry knowledge, to management roles. The main goal of that guys, is to keep contractors on the leash. Humiliate contractors and make their lives miserable , so they will perform better. Management changing contractors faster that socks. Every your step is watched and if your manager or team lead will complain, you will be shown the door immediately without a word.
