Cons
The founder does not have any experience of working in business or marketing or fashion and has never had a real job. She therefore does not know how to run a business, how to manage clients or employees. She is very polite on the surface but she actually has no respect for other people. She cancelled our agreement at 6:50am with one hours notice on whatsapp. Three months later and it has been such hard work getting paid. She still owes me 30% of the money and constantly ignores my polite messages. Her business and personal partner is an extremely wealthy man who has invested in the business so it is very unreasonable that they won't pay me for the time I have worked under our contractual agreement.
