      Pros

      Good career progression and some people do very well financially. Also has a very strong reputation in Cambridge.

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics, certain leaders that do very little, It can often be quite a negative environment. Basic salaries are also low for Cambridge, far more expensive than Norwich. The cost of living in Cambridge is the same as London.
