Very less in hand salary... They say sth while placement and give u sth else while paying... Totally disappointed with this company.

My tenure at this company has been nothing but a disappointment, for the following reasons. 1) The employees are deceived in terms of their salary. The CTC quoted at recruitment is almost 5 lakhs, but in hand salary is around 22k only. The company cuts a large portion of the salary away for LTSR, and Bonuses, which is not disclosed earlier. 2) The company imposes a huge harge of 45k per year on employees for lunch, which they can't opt out of. The food is terrible , substandard and the company refuses to end this practice. 3) Employees get less holidays than advertised ( 15 days compared to 21 as told during recruitment). Plus, the company doesn't offer any sick leaves at all. 4) The work is not according to industry standards and softwares, so skills aren't transferable. 5) Management is not receptive to problems faced by employees.
