      A good work and life balance and a large number of opportunities (as compared to small consulting firms)

      Cons

      They did not help to choose a an interesting project to work on (did not take much output from me).

      - ex-Cadextan good reference and good reputation within french investment banks - good opportunities for IT Consultant although you should be carefull when choosing your client

      Cons

      - relegating technical and functional excellence to the background and staffing only juniors is not the best shot - falling for the principal-agent biais, the client wont forget and forgive you for that.
