Due to management’s bad decisions, the company is not doing well, and they decided to reduce everyone’s salaries by 10% and put some people on bench, so they can cut 60% of their salaries. It just shows how Softeq deals such situations. And they expect us to be happy that they didn’t fire us. This is same as firing, just the path is different.

- Current management team not considerate of employees, no empathy, no business acumen and people acumen skills. Terrible communication skills for the CFO. - Company prefers B2B contract instead of employment because in that way they can let go of people easier without no compensation. - Not taking accountability for their mistakes (did over hiring and now dismiss people while admitting it was their mistake but no compensations or anything is provided to dismissed employees).
