It's built from the ground-up to cater to nerds. It's a casual place, with plenty of support if you ask. Management is flexible with working arrangements, and you can actually use your vacation. It's a fantastic place to start a penetration testing career.
Cons
Nerd culture isn't for everyone. Each manager has a strong personality. Salary is below average.
