Pros
-Nice employees and hourly team, you work with a lot of creatives which is nice if you are one yourself. -Cool locations, nice interior and relaxing feel. -Weekly paychecks. -The ability to work specialty events with the opportunity to meet industry leaders, celebrities and social advocates.
Cons
-With poor upper management, the business barely gets by and puts unqualified and poor leaders to run locations -Lack of flexible scheduling, you have to be full-time with full availability and they usually will not work with schedules if you work two jobs, have children, etc. -Terrible benefit plans, very little coverage, high deductibles, and does not cover basic things such as medication, no matter what the plan is. -Rude and entitled members, you will be harassed, degraded and often stiffed on tips, and management does little to nothing in response to inappropriate situations (this includes, sexual, verbal, and racist assaults). -Low pay, or incorrect pay. -There is no difference between being a seasonal employee or a fulltime employee. Despite suggesting you'll get more pay, you don't. -There are no events, team building or training you are offered despite being advertised so. They no longer offer the employee mentor program either, so they don't really foster a sense of creativity anymore. -High turnover rates. Most employees last less than a year.

Pros
Getting to know the clientele and artists.
Cons
Understaffed, lack of communication, lack of respect for emotional, mental and physical well-being of the staff. No accountability with management, and no consistency. Servers are overwhelmed with obscene expectations and too many tables. While employed with this company I had 8 panic attacks, a heat stroke and one panic attack that sent me to the ER due to exhaustion and overwork. Management was unprepared, unprofessional and unable to address staffs needs adequately. Favoritism was rampant, some management were dating staff members.
