Outstanding design and operations and a fantastically talented junior team. Global presence and a veneer of glamour.

Majority of roles are topped up by TRONC, often 50% or similar of salary which makes financial planning difficult alongside mortgage applications and similar. Large negative impact for furlough as payment from GOV only on contracted salary and not TRONC. Senior leadership team pack integrity and turnover for staff at all sights is exceptionally high with no long term employment prospects.

Good salary and a family-like relationship between employees. The houses are beautiful and it is a Worldwide company so possibilities of transferring on the other side of the World is a big plus.

You better be the footsoldier type of employee to do good. Thinking is not something that goes your way.

Absolutely unprofessional people rewarded supervisor and management positions. You got people with zero skills and crude people getting promoted. One of the managers didn't even know how to use Excel to do the rota.... WTF? Blatant favortisim on best shifts and who gets to work where Intimidation and patronizing treatment if you don't do things the way management wants it ( i.e phrases and scripts). Constant turnover, lack of communication between management and staff, and disrespect and segregated staff members (waiters don't mix with receptionists). The level of disrespect, coldness, and isolation I felt was unimaginable. The female staff that have worked together at various houses in my city were rude, unhelpful, and catty. Long hours. Barely any social life or free time working here because the wage is so low and benefits are zero.
